I’ve participated in Jody’s class as well and loved it. Hope to get back to it after physical therapy. Josy has a very calm voice and presence. I just wish the events were longer!

Have taken Josy’s classes several times and really enjoyed them. I particularly like ti when she does the stand up Tai Chi, but any form seated or standing gives its benefits generously. Thanks Josy for all you do.
